Since 2010, Mathilde has worked across all levels of adolescent and adult mental health and dual-diagnosis care, with experience spanning executive leadership, case management, care coordination, admissions, operations, program management, and compliance. She brings a comprehensive understanding of the treatment process from the inside — not as an outside consultant, but as a hands-on member of the care team, working directly alongside clients, families, and providers. Her approach is honest and strengths-based, rooted in identifying underlying issues, building stability, and supporting meaningful, lasting progress. As a case manager embedded within each client's multidisciplinary team, she doesn't just coordinate from the sidelines. She plays an active role in the treatment itself, ensuring every part of the process is thoughtful, connected, and responsive to each client's evolving needs. Mathilde specializes in complex mental health challenges, substance use, neurodivergence, and executive functioning support. She builds each care plan creatively and uses her network to connect clients with the effective, trusted resources required for treatment and growth. She thoughtfully weaves that work into her case management to help drive better outcomes.

HAVE QUESTIONS?
Looking for more information?
Call, text, or email us now:
Who do you work with?
We work with adults 18 and older facing mental health challenges, substance use challenges, or both — including acute and complex presentations. We're equipped to support dynamic and evolving needs, and we connect clients with any resource treatment may require: neuropsychological testing, clinical providers, adjunct specialists, coaching, neurodivergence and executive functioning support, treatment programs, educational support, medical care, enrichment activities, and more. Care needs are woven directly into our case management work.
Do you work with families, or just the individual in need of care?
Both. We support individuals directly, and we also work with family members and caregivers who are helping coordinate someone else’s care.
Are your services only for crisis situations, or ongoing support too?
We provide both, placement and consultation during periods of increased need, as well as ongoing case management and care collaboration for long-term support.
What's the difference between case management, care collaboration, and placement support?
Case management means being a working part of your treatment team — building skills, applying treatment to daily life, and staying present between sessions. Care collaboration focuses on keeping the broader care team aligned and communicating. Placement support is for times you need help quickly identifying the right level of care or assembling the right team. Stand-alone placement support functions more like consulting, without ongoing case management, when that better fits the client's needs.
Do you offer in-person and virtual support?
In-person services are available in Los Angeles, and virtual services are available nationally. Travel outside of the greater Los Angeles area can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
What makes Deitell Consulting different?
We bring behavioral health fluency, a blended psychological and social work lens, and real cultural competency shaped by direct experience working across diverse communities and family structures. Care respects each family's values, language, and traditions, rather than assuming one model fits everyone — backed by genuine compassion, hands-on involvement in every case, and a professional network built through years in the field. Every person's story, background, and needs shape their care — never a template approach. Whatever a treatment plan calls for, top to bottom, we bring in the right resources to meet it. And with a deliberately limited caseload, every client gets the depth of attention they actually deserve.
Compassion first. Dedication always. Empathy in every aspect of care.
